Our practice operates strictly within this framework. We do not issue stamps or grant approvals — we prepare, file and follow up on your behalf with the relevant authority.

Each destination country has its own document standard — Thailand requires recent financial statements; Singapore EP requires the employer to pre-register at MOM; Indonesia KITAS requires a PT PMA or registered sponsor.
Visa-on-arrival is being progressively replaced by e-visa or pre-arrival approval across ASEAN. We will confirm the current channel for your nationality at engagement.
Some jurisdictions (Singapore, Malaysia) require a personal interview at the consulate; we will brief and accompany you where allowed.
Misrepresentation of purpose (e.g., entering on tourist for work) can trigger a multi-year regional entry ban under ASEAN information-sharing arrangements.
