Overview
Vietnam's visa regime is governed by the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners (Law No. 47/2014/QH13, amended by Law No. 51/2019/QH13). Since 15 August 2023, the electronic visa (e-Visa) is available to citizens of all countries and territories, valid for up to 90 days with single or multiple entries.
