Law on Foreigners' Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence (47/2014/QH13), as amended.
Our practice operates strictly within this framework. We do not issue stamps or grant approvals — we prepare, file and follow up on your behalf with the relevant authority.

An e-visa cannot be converted to a work-purpose visa once inside Vietnam — converting requires exit and re-entry under a sponsored code.
Passport validity must exceed the requested stay by at least 6 months. Damaged passports are routinely refused at port of entry.
Multiple-entry endorsement is discretionary and additional state fee applies. Not all categories qualify.
